Hello, my name is Taro.（こんにちは、太郎です）
I am currently working as Sales Representative in Japanese Automotive manufacturer. （私は現在、日本の自動車メーカーで営業として勤務しております）
My role is not limited to Sales, but also interpretation roles in production lines.（私の仕事は営業だけに限らず、生産ラインでの通訳業務も含まれます）
I spent around 1 year here and will complete my contract at the end of August, 2025.（ここで約1年過ごし、2025年の8月に契約が切れる予定です）

The role is quite similar with what I did in my previous company, so I believe I can perform well.（この役割は前職での経験と非常に似ているので、高いパフォーマンスをあげれる自身があります）
【質問：失敗経験】Tell me about a mistake you have made. How did you handle it?（失敗経験を教えていただけますか。また、どう処理しましたか？）
I was Sales rep in 2019 in EC company. One day, I delivered item to wrong customers.
（2019年にEC企業で営業として働いていました。ある日、私は間違った顧客に商品を届けてしまいました）
Our customer got angry, so I have decided to visit the customer, and explained the background of this mistakes and a prevention plan.（顧客は怒っていたので、私は顧客のもとを訪れて背景や予防策について説明しました）
【質問：大変だった課題や乗り越えた経験】Could you please describe a time that you faced problems and how to overcome it? （問題に直面したころや、それをどう乗り越えたのか描写していただけますか）
I came to a new company as a manager, but my members ware not punctual when they come to office.（私が新しい会社にマネジャーとして就任ましたが、部下が時間通りにオフィスにきませんでした）
To solve this problem, I set up morning meeting so that our members need to come office on time.（この問題を解決するために私は朝の会議をセットして部下が時間通りにオフィスに時間通りにくるようにしました）
【質問：客観的に見る性格】How do your friend around you describe your personality in one word? （一言で言うと、あなたの周囲の友人はあなたの性格を描写しますか）
My friend says I am very diligent.（友人は私をとてもまじめだといいます）
It is because I always arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before the promised time.（それは、私がいつも待ち合わせ場に約束時間の15分前に到着しているからです）
That personality sounds positive, but I always care about humor in daily conversation not to let them feel my personality is boring.（その性格はよく聞こえますが、私はつまらない人間と思われないようにいつも日常の会話でユーモアを入れるように気を付けています）
